Obituary of Richard Clayton Randolph
Hartland: Richard “Dick” Clayton Randolph, age 92, passed away peacefully at the Niagara Hospice House on August 24, 2019. He was born April 12, 1927 in Lockport to the late Clayton and Malah (Bordwell) Randolph.
Richard worked as a machinist at Strippitt in Akron for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed farming, watching the New York Yankees and was an avid hunter.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Nancy (Sweeney) on August 4, 2005 and his sister, Jean Penly.
Richard is survived by his children, Terri (late Stephen) Arendas, Curtis Randolph, Cynthia (John) Clack, 6 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home 4521 Main St. Gasport, NY 14067 on Wednesday, August 28th from 4:00-7:00pm. Services and interment will be held privately in Hartland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Richard’s name may be made to Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094.
