Obituary of Eugene J. Stocker
Eugene J. “Gene” Stocker, age 63, of Barker formerly of Cheektowaga passed away October 1, 2019. He was born May 27, 1956 in Buffalo to the late Eugene and Constance (Jahreis) Stocker.
Gene enjoyed making hard cider, wine, listening to music and loved watching hockey. He was a 1975 graduate of the Cheektowaga Central School. Gene always had a comeback and will be remembered for his great personality.
Gene is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Deborah, whom he married September 23, 1978, his son Chris (Kelley) Stocker, grandsons, Mason and Edison, father-in-law, Donald Rottger, sister-in-law, Melissa Migliore, brothers-in-law, Mark (Christine) Rottger, David (Amy) Rottger, James (Nancy) Rottger, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home 4521 Main St. Gasport, NY 14067 on Friday, October 4th from 4:00-7:00pm where his funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00am. Private interment will be held at Acacia Park Cemetery.
