Obituary of Steven A. Mackie
Albion: Steven A. “Steve” Mackie, age 57, passed away after a long fight on March 20, 2020. He was born August 30, 1962 in Toronto, Canada to George and Gwen (Johnston) Mackie.
Steve enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working on it whenever he could. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local#46. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and was a friend of Bill W.
Steve is survived by his mother, Gwen, brothers, Paul, Darin (Tammy Cary), niece, Samantha (Patrick) Kennedy, nephew, Travis, great-niece and great-nephews, Peyton, Nathan, Ethan and many close friends including Bill W.
There are no prior calling hours. A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Albion Cemetery with a celebration of Steve’s life announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Steve’s name may be made to a charity of your choice.
Steve's arrangements have been entrusted to Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Ave. Albion, NY.
