Gasport: Florence W. Fuller, 97, passed away August 22, 2020 at Elderwood at Lockport. She was born October 31, 1922 in Hartland, NY a daughter of the late Thomas and Hephzibah (Froud) Wortley. Mrs. Fuller was a member and former choir director at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church where she volunteered many times for the smorgasbord and annual dinners. Florence was a former employee at Harrison Radiator and served as Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of Hartland for several years. She enjoyed camping at Lake Alice in Waterport with family and friends. Predeceased by her daughter, Judith “Judy” Richards on July 30, 2020; her husband, Theron Fuller; son, Gary Fuller and grandson, Gary Richards; siblings, Dorothy Culverwell, Winifred Brown and Marjorie Willis. Survived by her son-in-law, R. Michael Richards; grandchildren, Erin (Janice Bamford) Richards of Tonawanda, Robert (Michelle) Richards of Lockport, James Richards of Gasport; great-granddaughter, Ainsley Richards and several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours and Florence’s service and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, 6377 Wolcottsville, Rd., Akron, NY 14001.
