(KENT) Nancy M. Couch (Adams) age 85, died November 8, 2020 in Unity Hospital following a brief illness. She was born January 2, 1935 in Penfield to Lawrence and Amelia (Barnatones) Adams. Nancy was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, and was a tax preparer for H & R Block in Brockport as well as working part-time at Brigden Memorials. She was a member of the American Quilting Club, enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and loved to read. Over the years, Nancy had made lap quilts for the Webster Comfort Care Home to give to the cancer patients. Mrs. Couch was predeceased by her husband Donald, children: Peter and Michael and granddaughter: Paula. She is survived by her children: Elizabeth Montgomery of Webster, Paul (Beckie) Couch of Holley, Susan Turturro of Holley, Stephen (Dianne) Couch of Kendall, Thomas (Amy) Couch of Albion, Henry Couch of Kent, her brother: Lawrence Adams of Rochester, her sister: Rita Kuhn of FL, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Avenue-Albion, FRIDAY 11am-1pm where her funeral service will be held at 1pm followed by interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery-Brown Road.
