Obituary of Irving Charles Downs
Albion: Irving Charles Downs, age 84 , passed away unexpectedly on July 28, 2021. He was born 18 Feb 1937 to the late Floyd and Lottie Downs.
Irving enjoyed a good can of beer, working on cars and stock car racing.
In addition to his parents, Irving was predeceased by his son David Wayne Downs, and Grandson Robert Anthony DeWald, III, brothers Floyd, Robert and Elwood Downs and sister Charlotte.
Irving is survived by his daughter, Justine M. (Downs) Kurz, granddaughter Malissa M. Peterson, sisters Shirley Pahuta, Arlene Frazier, Lois Golisano, Bonnie Kingdollar, brothers Clarence, Clayton, and Kenneth Downs.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Ave. Albion, NY 14411 on Tuesday, August 3rd from 4:00-8:00pm only.
