Obituary of Ronald F. Coyle

(GASPORT)

Ronald F. Coyle, age 76, died July 27, 2021 in Buffalo General Hospital following a brief illness. 

He was born May 26, 1945 in Rochester to Thomas and Irene Coyle and had lived in this area since 1982.  Ronald was a member of the Hartland Bible Church where he volunteered working with the youth at The Hub.  He enjoyed traveling to and spending time in FL.  Ronald was a very social person who would talk to anyone. He had worked as a Corrections Officer in both FL and AZ and was a former fleet manager for Monroe Ambulance in Rochester. He was a volunteer driver for TriTown Ambulance, and enjoyed playing cards and enjoying classic cars.  He also loved fishing but most of all, he was a devoted family man who adored his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Mr. Coyle was predeceased by his second wife: Nancy, as well as two children: Michael Allen Coyle and Marcy Upton, and his siblings: Thomas Coyle and Cellie Jarvis. 

He is survived by his wife of 25 years: Barbara, his children: Ronald (Katherine) Coyle of Hilton, Michael D. Coyle of Greece, Pamela Coyle of Gasport, Debra (Frank) Dittmer of Lockport, Jefferey (Rose Klonowski) Coyle of Gasport as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St.-Gasport, MONDAY from 2-4 & 7-9.  Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service TUESDAY at 10am in the Hartland Bible Church, 8110 West Ave., Gasport, NY, 14067.  Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Hartland Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hartland Bible Church.
