Obituary of Sharon E. Rothwell
Sharon E. Rothwell, age 81 of Gasport, NY, passed away suddenly August 1, 2021 with her loving son Brian by her side. Sharon was born June 10, 1940 in Lockport, the daughter of the late Charles Michael O’Donnell and Marian (Isham) O’Donnell. Sharon was a graduate of Roy-Hart Central School, class of 1958 and was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Medina Memorial Hospital for over 30 years. Mrs. Rothwell will be remembered for her cheerful personality and the ability to make people laugh. Sharon was a loving grandmother.
Sharon was predeceased by her husband William. She is survived by her sons, Shawn, Brian and Kevin; grandchildren, Austin M., Mackenzie L. and Tyler P., niece Marykay.
The family will receive friends at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St. Gasport, on Friday, August 6, from 4-7pm, and Saturday, August 7, from 11:00-12:00, followed by her funeral service at 12:00pm. Interment will be in Orangeport Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the March of Dimes, Donation Processing Center, P.O. Box 18819, Atlanta, GA 31126.
